Hi, I am Bradly Nielsen. I am one of the co founders of the Northwest Phantom Hunters. I have always been slightly intrigued by the thought of there being ghosts or spirits out there. I have always thought that there was something there but never knew what it was. But when I got older I started working in a local store that was built on an old cemetery.
Now I didn’t think to much of it until I started working graveyard shift there. That’s when I started hearing voices coming from different parts of the store and hearing footsteps when there wasn’t anyone there. Now I worked with one of my friends, Chad, and started to talk to him about some of the stuff that was going on. We had both experienced that at the store and we started getting more in-depth with what it was. That’s when we first started going to different locations in our area that was supposed to be haunted.
At first we were just doing it to check these places out. We brought other people with us on various hunts but never got to involved with what was going on. Years later after I got out of the military, I got back in touch with Chad and that’s when we started to form the Northwest Phantom Hunters. With this new group we actually started documenting our hunts and seeing what kind of stuff we could capture with cameras and other stuff.
We were very surprised at some of the stuff that we were finding so that’s when we started to talk to other paranormal groups around the world. We asked opinions about our findings and were always up for a little advice to help us out.
Most of the help that we found was with doing our own research on the web though. This is pretty much to the point of where we are now, but the biggest reason on why we do this now is more than just wondering about what is out there. It has a lot to do with letting people know that there is something there, this is what its capable of, and giving them an idea of what it might be. Bradly J. Nielsen NWPH,
